Over here at Heart of Ohio Sports, the crew has began to get restless for next fall to arrive. If you’re like us and have an early hankering for high school football then here’s a preview of 25-plus local players to look out for on the gridiron come August.
Kickoff of the first games of the 2025 OHSAA high school football season are 50 days away from today. Locally, the first games will be Calvert visiting Mohawk, Colonel Crawford traveling to Milford Center to face Fairbanks, and River Valley at Elgin on Thursday evening, Aug. 21. All of those games are set for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
